We currently cater for children in Kindergarten through to year 6. The school has a connection to the Mullaloo Community Kindergarten situated less than a kilometre from the school. Should there be insufficient space in our Kindergarten on-site we encourage parents to enrol their child at the Community Kindergarten. The vast majority of the children enrolled there do come to our school in the Pre-primary year. At the 2015 census Mullaloo Beach Primary had 298 children attending. As the school grows slowly we have needed to adopt various strategies to address the children's learning. We have specialist teachers in the areas of Science, PE and French.
The school has a very experienced staff, both teaching and non-teaching, many of whom have diverse skills and interests. The length of tenure of the 37 staff ranges from 1 year to 24 years. All staff are very approachable and always consider the needs of children on a daily basis.
Our Parents and Citizens Association is very active and conducts many fundraising and community orientated initiatives. Regular meetings are open to all in the community. The P&C meet regularly, on Wednesdays starting at 7:15pm.
Our Board, which is made up of elected community and staff members, supports all aspects of school planning and operation. Meeting times are scheduled to coincide with the P&C meetings and commence at 6:15pm.
